Description
Built for Professional Sweeping
Built for demanding commercial and industrial cleaning, this floor sweeper & scrubber combines five essential floor-care functions in one heavy-duty ride-on machine. The US-TX SCSWHP42 sweeps, scrubs, recovers dirty water, provides high-pressure washing, and offers auxiliary suction for detailed cleaning beyond the machine’s primary path. With a 57 in sweeping width, 48 in scrubbing path, and 53 in suction width, it is engineered for efficient maintenance of expansive hard-floor areas.
Designed to increase productivity across large facilities, the US-TX SCSWHP42 features a 74 gal clean-water tank, 87 gal recovery tank, and 16 gal debris hopper, along with approximately 5–6 hours of working time. An integrated high-pressure spray gun with hose reel expands its cleaning capability around edges, corners, equipment, and difficult areas, while the auxiliary suction hose and wand provide additional water recovery where the main suction system cannot easily reach.
57 in Sweeping Width
The 57 in sweeping width provides broad coverage for large commercial and industrial areas, helping collect compatible loose dirt and debris efficiently across expansive hard-floor surfaces.
48 in Dual-Brush Scrubbing Path
Dual 16 in floor scrubbing brushes provide a 48 in scrubbing path for powered cleaning of compatible hard-floor surfaces. Two dedicated 750W motors power the scrubbing brushes for demanding commercial and industrial floor maintenance.
53 in Suction Width
The rear water-recovery system provides a 53 in suction width to collect dirty water after scrubbing, supporting efficient water recovery across the machine’s primary cleaning path.
High-Pressure Washing System
An integrated high-pressure washing system with a handheld spray gun and hose reel provides targeted cleaning for edges, corners, equipment areas, and other locations beyond the machine’s primary cleaning path.
Auxiliary Suction Hose & Wand
The auxiliary suction hose and wand provide additional dirty-water recovery for corners, edges, and hard-to-reach areas where the machine’s main rear suction system cannot easily operate.
74-Gallon Clean-Water Tank
The large 74 gal clean-water tank provides substantial capacity for extended scrubbing and washing operations, helping reduce interruptions for refilling during larger cleaning jobs.
87-Gallon Recovery Tank
The 87 gal recovery tank collects dirty water removed during scrubbing and suction operations, providing substantial recovery capacity for extended commercial and industrial cleaning sessions.
Integrated Sweeping System
A 23 in main sweeping brush works with dual 20 in side brushes to collect compatible loose dirt and debris. Collected material is directed into the machine’s 16 gal debris hopper.
Multi-Motor Cleaning System
The US-TX SCSWHP42 combines a 480W main sweeping-brush motor, dual 90W side-brush motors, dual 750W scrubbing-brush motors, and dual 400W suction motors to power its primary sweeping, scrubbing, and water-recovery functions.
5–6 Hour Working Time
The US-TX SCSWHP42 provides approximately 5–6 hours of maximum working time per charge. Actual operating time varies with battery condition, cleaning functions being used, floor conditions, travel, and operating demands.
Where It Works Best
This floor sweeper & scrubber is designed for large commercial and industrial hard-floor environments requiring more than basic sweeping. Its combination of sweeping, scrubbing, high-pressure washing, suction, and water recovery makes it suitable for demanding facility-maintenance operations.
Best Applications
Ideal applications include warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, factories, industrial plants, logistics facilities, parking garages, loading docks, production areas, maintenance areas, and other large commercial or industrial facilities.
Power & Battery Care
The US-TX SCSWHP42 uses a rechargeable battery-powered electrical system for cordless ride-on operation. Proper charging, storage, and battery maintenance help preserve dependable battery performance and service life.
For better battery longevity, recharge the machine before the battery level falls below approximately 20% whenever practical.
Important Warranty Notice
Battery damage or premature battery failure caused by deep discharge, improper charging, improper storage, or failure to follow the required battery-care and maintenance instructions is not covered under warranty.
To protect battery performance and service life, do not routinely operate the equipment below 20% battery charge or allow the battery to become fully discharged. Recharge the battery before it reaches a deeply discharged state.
Never store the equipment for extended periods with a low or fully discharged battery. Always follow the charging, storage, and battery-maintenance instructions supplied with the equipment.
