The additional height supports pallet transportation and positioning across compatible outdoor and uneven commercial working surfaces.
The US-EPTOFR44K is designed for pallet transportation and positioning and should not be used as a high-lift pallet stacker.
2 in Lowered Fork Height
The heavy-duty forks lower to approximately 2 in from the ground for entry into compatible pallets and loads.
Pallet dimensions, entry openings, bottom-board configurations, fork clearance, and load arrangements vary. Customers should verify compatibility with their specific pallets before ordering or operating the equipment.
Adjustable 10–37 in Fork Spread
The fork spread can be adjusted from approximately 10 to 37 in to accommodate different compatible pallet widths and load configurations.
This adjustable configuration provides greater flexibility than conventional fixed-width pallet jacks and allows operators to position the forks according to the requirements of compatible loads.
Always verify fork positioning, pallet compatibility, load stability, and weight distribution before lifting or transporting a load.
48 × 5 in Heavy-Duty Forks
The US-EPTOFR44K features heavy-duty forks measuring approximately 48 in long × 5 in wide.
The 48 in fork length provides practical support for compatible palletized materials, while the heavy-duty 5 in fork width contributes to a rugged load-handling configuration for demanding commercial applications.
Because pallet dimensions and entry configurations vary, customers should verify pallet compatibility before ordering.
54 in Turning Radius
An approximately 54 in turning radius provides practical maneuverability for a heavy-duty rough-terrain pallet jack.
The compact turning capability helps operators maneuver compatible loads throughout outdoor storage areas, construction yards, farms, material yards, loading zones, landscaping facilities, and other commercial working environments.
Always verify available turning space and clearance around buildings, equipment, vehicles, stored materials, and other obstacles.
6% / 8% Gradeability
Rated gradeability is approximately 6% under load and 8% without load under suitable operating conditions.
Gradeability describes the machine’s rated incline capability and does not mean that the pallet jack can safely operate on every slope or uneven surface.
Surface condition, traction, load position, load stability, battery condition, slope, and operating environment must always be considered before operating on an incline.
Electromagnetic Braking
The US-EPTOFR44K uses an electromagnetic braking system to support controlled stopping during travel and pallet positioning.
The braking system works with the powered electric drive to provide controlled walk-behind operation when the equipment is operated correctly and within its rated capacity and operating limitations.
Solid Off-Road Tires
Large puncture-resistant solid off-road tires provide a durable configuration for demanding outdoor commercial material handling.
The US-EPTOFR44K uses approximately 16 × 4 in front tires and 12 × 3 in rear tires, supporting mobility across compatible firm and uneven working surfaces.
Solid tire construction eliminates routine air-pressure maintenance and reduces the risk of downtime associated with pneumatic tire punctures.
Rough Terrain Electric Pallet Jack Capability
The US-EPTOFR44K is specifically configured for pallet handling beyond conventional smooth warehouse floors.
Its rugged chassis, large solid off-road tires, adjustable heavy-duty forks, 4,400 lb rated capacity, and full-electric operation provide improved mobility for compatible outdoor and uneven working environments.
