A 500W brush motor powers the scrubbing system, while a 400W suction motor and 23 in rear squeegee recover dirty water behind the machine for efficient cleaning and water recovery in the same pass.
The US-TX SC16 Floor Scrubber uses a 24V / 45Ah lead-acid battery system consisting of two 12V / 45Ah batteries and provides approximately 2–2.5 hours of working time per charge. Separate 9-gallon clean-water and 11-gallon dirty-water tanks support productive cleaning cycles, while the standard set includes a Red Pad and Pad Holder for compatible floor-cleaning applications.
16 in Floor Scrubber Cleaning Path
The 16 in cleaning path gives this Floor Scrubber an effective balance between productive floor coverage and maneuverability for everyday commercial cleaning.
Its compact scrubbing width makes the machine particularly useful in aisles, corridors, smaller rooms, entrances, retail areas, and spaces containing shelving, furniture, equipment, or other obstacles.
Up to 18,000 Sq. Ft./Hr Cleaning Productivity
The US-TX SC16 Floor Scrubber provides cleaning productivity up to approximately 18,000 sq. ft. per hour under suitable operating conditions.
This productive cleaning capability helps businesses cover more floor area while reducing the time and manual labor required for routine hard-floor maintenance.
23 in Rear Squeegee
A 23 in (580 mm) rear squeegee provides a recovery width wider than the Floor Scrubber’s 16 in cleaning path.
Working together with the suction system, the squeegee collects dirty water behind the machine and helps leave less water on the floor after each cleaning pass.
500W Floor Scrubber Brush Motor
A dedicated 500W brush motor powers the Floor Scrubber’s cleaning system for consistent commercial scrubbing performance.
The powered system helps remove everyday dirt, marks, residue, and buildup from compatible smooth and sealed hard-floor surfaces.
400W Suction Motor
A dedicated 400W suction motor powers the dirty-water recovery system.
The suction motor works together with the rear squeegee to recover water from the cleaned surface as the Floor Scrubber moves through the cleaning area.
Scrub & Recover in One Pass
The US-TX SC16 Floor Scrubber combines powered floor scrubbing and dirty-water recovery in one compact walk-behind machine.
The cleaning system scrubs the floor while the rear squeegee and suction system recover dirty water behind the machine, helping simplify routine commercial floor maintenance.
9-Gallon Clean-Water Tank
The Floor Scrubber features a 9-gallon clean-water tank that provides practical capacity for water and compatible floor-cleaning solution.
Its capacity supports productive cleaning cycles while maintaining the compact machine dimensions needed for maneuverability in smaller commercial spaces.
11-Gallon Dirty-Water Tank
An 11-gallon dirty-water tank collects recovered water as the Floor Scrubber moves through the cleaning area.
The separate recovery tank keeps collected dirty water isolated from the clean-water supply and provides practical capacity for routine commercial cleaning cycles.
Separate Clean & Dirty Water Tanks
The US-TX SC16 Floor Scrubber uses separate tanks to keep fresh cleaning solution isolated from dirty water recovered from the floor.
Clean water and compatible cleaning solution are supplied from the 9-gallon tank, while recovered dirty water is collected separately in the 11-gallon recovery tank.
24V / 45Ah Lead-Acid Battery
The US-TX SC16 Floor Scrubber uses a 24V / 45Ah lead-acid battery system consisting of two 12V / 45Ah batteries.
Battery-powered operation eliminates the need for a power cord while cleaning and allows the Floor Scrubber to move freely between compatible cleaning areas.
