Description
Built for Professional Material Handling
A heavy-duty manual pallet jack designed for dependable everyday material handling, the Texlift US-PTM55K combines a 5,500 lb load capacity with 48 × 27 in forks for moving compatible palletized loads in warehouses, stockrooms, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, retail operations, and other commercial environments.
The fully manual design requires no battery, charger, or electrical power. Manual pull travel and hydraulic pump lifting provide a straightforward, low-maintenance solution for facilities that need reliable pallet movement without the charging requirements of electric equipment. With a minimum fork height of approximately 3.15 in and a maximum fork height of approximately 8 in, the US-PTM55K is designed for common pallet-handling applications on firm, smooth, and relatively level surfaces.
5,500 lb Load Capacity
The US-PTM55K manual pallet jack provides a maximum rated load capacity of 5,500 lbs for compatible palletized loads.
Its heavy-duty capacity makes it suitable for routine commercial and industrial material handling involving inventory, supplies, components, packaged materials, and other properly positioned palletized loads.
Always operate within the rated capacity and ensure the load is stable, properly positioned, and evenly supported before movement.
48 × 27 in Forks
The US-PTM55K features 48 in long forks with a 27 in overall fork width.
This common commercial fork configuration provides practical compatibility with many pallet-handling applications in warehouses, stockrooms, manufacturing facilities, shipping areas, and other commercial environments.
Pallet dimensions and entry configurations vary, so customers should always verify pallet compatibility before ordering or operation.
3.15 in Lowered Fork Height
The forks lower to approximately 3.15 in to enter compatible pallets.
Before use, verify that the pallet opening provides sufficient clearance for the forks and load wheels.
The pallet jack should never be forced into a pallet that does not provide adequate entry clearance.
8 in Maximum Fork Height
The hydraulic lifting system raises the forks to approximately 8 in for pallet pickup and transportation.
The lifting range provides the clearance needed to raise compatible palletized loads from suitable flooring for routine material movement.
The pallet jack is intended for pallet transportation and positioning, not elevated load storage or personnel lifting.
Manual Hydraulic Lifting
The US-PTM55K uses a manual hydraulic pump system to raise compatible palletized loads.
The operator pumps the handle to raise the forks and uses the control mechanism to lower the load when required.
Because the lifting system is manual, the machine does not require an electric lift motor, battery, or external power source.
Fully Manual Operation
The US-PTM55K operates without a battery, charger, drive motor, or electrical controls.
Travel is controlled manually by the operator, while the hydraulic pump provides load lifting.
This straightforward design makes the manual pallet jack practical for facilities that want dependable pallet handling without battery charging, electrical-system maintenance, or charging downtime.
Heavy-Duty Pallet Handling
With a rated capacity of 5,500 lbs, the US-PTM55K is designed for demanding everyday pallet-handling applications.
The combination of heavy-duty capacity, 48 × 27 in forks, and manual hydraulic lifting provides a practical solution for moving compatible palletized loads over suitable commercial and industrial flooring.
Simple & Reliable Design
A manual pallet jack provides a straightforward material-handling solution with fewer powered components than electric pallet-handling equipment.
There is no battery to charge and no electric drive or lift motor required for normal operation.
Routine inspection and maintenance of the hydraulic system, wheels, forks, handle, controls, and moving components remain important for reliable operation.
Easy Pallet Positioning
The walk-behind manual design gives the operator direct control when moving and positioning compatible palletized loads.
The machine can be used for short-distance pallet transportation, staging, loading-area movement, stockroom handling, and other routine material-handling tasks.
Operators should always maintain safe control of the pallet jack and load during movement.
No Battery or Charging Required
The US-PTM55K is completely manual and does not require a battery or charger.
This eliminates charging schedules and battery-related operating requirements, making the pallet jack available for use whenever normal mechanical operating conditions are met.
This can be especially practical for facilities requiring occasional or intermittent pallet movement.
Commercial & Industrial Use
The US-PTM55K manual pallet jack is designed for professional commercial and industrial material-handling environments.
Its 5,500 lb capacity and standard 48 × 27 in fork configuration make it suitable for warehouses, distribution facilities, stockrooms, manufacturing operations, retail facilities, and shipping and receiving areas.
Firm & Smooth Surface Operation
The manual pallet jack is designed primarily for firm, smooth, and relatively level flooring.
Suitable operating environments commonly include finished warehouse floors, commercial concrete surfaces, stockrooms, loading areas, and other maintained industrial flooring.
The US-PTM55K is not an all-terrain pallet jack and is not intended for gravel, soft ground, severely uneven surfaces, or rough off-road conditions.
Pallet Compatibility
The US-PTM55K uses 48 in long forks with a 27 in overall fork width and an approximately 3.15 in lowered fork height.
Because pallet dimensions, fork openings, bottom-board configurations, and entry clearances vary, the pallet jack may not be compatible with every pallet.
Customers should verify pallet dimensions and entry requirements before ordering.
Preventive Maintenance
Regular inspection of the forks, hydraulic system, handle, control mechanism, steering wheels, load wheels, fasteners, and other moving components is recommended.
Keeping the pallet jack clean and properly maintained helps support reliable operation and allows worn or damaged components to be identified before they create additional operating problems.
Do not operate the pallet jack if critical components are damaged or if the machine is not functioning correctly.
What’s Included
The US-PTM55K includes the complete manual pallet jack with 48 × 27 in forks and standard product documentation.
No battery or charger is required because the machine uses manual travel and hydraulic lifting.
Optional accessories, replacement parts, and other items not specifically listed as included are sold separately unless otherwise stated on the order or invoice.
Pre-Delivery Inspection
Every US-PTM55K manual pallet jack is inspected and tested before shipment to help verify basic mechanical and hydraulic operation and equipment condition before leaving our facility.
Customers should perform the recommended receiving inspection and review the operating and safety instructions before placing the pallet jack into service.
Safe Operating Requirements
Never exceed the 5,500 lb rated load capacity. Loads must be stable, properly positioned, and adequately supported by the forks before lifting or transportation.
Operate the pallet jack only on suitable surfaces and use appropriate care on slopes, near loading edges, around obstacles, and in areas with pedestrian or equipment traffic.
Never use the pallet jack to lift or transport people.
Where It Works Best
The US-PTM55K is best suited for indoor and covered commercial material-handling environments where compatible palletized loads need to be moved over relatively short distances.
Its manual operation makes it particularly practical for facilities where pallet movement is routine but a powered electric pallet jack is not required.
Best Applications
The US-PTM55K is well suited for warehouses, retail stockrooms, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, workshops, commercial storage areas, shipping departments, receiving areas, and other facilities requiring dependable manual pallet movement.
It can be used for pallet transportation, inventory positioning, order staging, loading-area handling, and movement of compatible palletized materials between suitable work areas.
Important Warranty Notice
The US-PTM55K is backed by a 12-month equipment warranty covering eligible manufacturing defects under normal intended use, subject to applicable Texlift warranty terms and conditions.
Damage or failure resulting from overloading, misuse, accidents, improper operation, inadequate maintenance, unauthorized modifications, improper storage, abnormal impact, or use outside the intended operating conditions is not considered a manufacturing defect and may not qualify for warranty coverage.
Wheels and other normal wear or consumable items are not covered by the equipment warranty.
