Description
Built for Professional Material Handling
Rough Terrain Electric Stacker designed for professional pallet transportation, positioning, and elevated stacking across warehouses, outdoor yards, farms, construction material areas, and other commercial or industrial environments with firm, stable, and adequately supported surfaces. With a 3,300 lb rated load capacity and 10 ft (118 in) maximum lift height, the US-ESOFR33K 118 combines increased vertical reach with a rugged full-electric walkie configuration.
Built for more demanding material-handling environments, this Rough Terrain Electric Stacker features an adjustable 8–37 in fork spread, 42 in forks, 6 in ground clearance, solid off-road tires, and a compact 54 in turning radius. A 24V / 100Ah Gel lead-acid battery system provides approximately 4–5 hours of operating time per charge while powering electric travel and hydraulic lifting.
3,300 lb Rated Load Capacity
Handle compatible palletized loads up to 3,300 lb at the rated 20 in load center. The US-ESOFR33K 118 provides dependable lifting capacity for commercial, agricultural, warehouse, construction, and industrial material-handling applications.
Actual allowable capacity can vary with lift height, load center, load distribution, surface conditions, terrain, and operating environment.
10 ft (118 in) Maximum Lift Height
Reach a maximum fork lift height of 10 ft (118 in) for elevated pallet stacking, material positioning, loading, storage, and retrieval.
The increased vertical reach makes this Rough Terrain Electric Stacker suitable for applications requiring greater stacking capability while maintaining a walk-behind operating configuration.
87 in Lowered Mast Height
The mast measures approximately 87 in high when fully lowered, providing a practical travel profile for a rough-terrain stacker with a 10 ft maximum lift height.
Always verify doorway, ceiling, rack, overhead structure, and other clearance requirements before operating or transporting the machine.
Adjustable 8–37 in Fork Spread
The forks can be adjusted from approximately 8–37 in to accommodate different compatible pallet and load configurations.
The wide adjustment range provides flexibility for palletized construction materials, agricultural supplies, landscaping products, packaged goods, and other compatible loads.
42 in Fork Length
Heavy-duty 42 in forks provide practical support for compatible palletized loads while maintaining maneuverability during transportation, positioning, and stacking.
Always verify pallet dimensions, fork positioning, load distribution, load center, and rated capacity before lifting or transporting a load.
6 in Ground Clearance
Approximately 6 in of ground clearance provides additional undercarriage clearance compared with conventional low-clearance warehouse stackers.
This helps the Rough Terrain Electric Stacker travel across compatible compacted gravel, firm dirt, firm grass, pavement, concrete, and other stable and adequately supported uneven surfaces.
Solid Off-Road Tires
Large solid off-road tires provide a durable, puncture-resistant configuration for demanding professional material-handling environments.
The solid tire design eliminates pneumatic-tire puncture concerns while working together with the increased ground clearance to support operation across compatible uneven working surfaces.
Compact 54 in Turning Radius
Despite its rugged configuration and 10 ft lifting capability, the US-ESOFR33K 118 maintains an approximately 54 in turning radius.
This provides practical maneuverability when approaching pallets, positioning loads, navigating material yards, and working within compatible warehouse, agricultural, construction, and commercial environments.
70 in Overall Length
An approximately 70 in overall length provides a relatively compact machine footprint while maintaining the lifting capability and rough-terrain configuration required for professional material handling.
The compact overall length helps this Rough Terrain Electric Stacker maneuver around material stacks, loading areas, outdoor storage zones, and compatible work sites.
Stable 63 in Wide Chassis
The approximately 63 in overall width provides a stable chassis configuration for pallet transportation, lifting, and elevated positioning.
The wider rough-terrain configuration supports stable operation while maintaining practical maneuverability for compatible commercial, agricultural, warehouse, and industrial applications.
24V / 100Ah Gel Battery System
The US-ESOFR33K 118 uses a 24V / 100Ah maintenance-free Gel lead-acid traction battery system with approximately 2.4 kWh of nominal battery capacity.
The battery system supplies power to electric travel and hydraulic lifting for professional full-electric material handling.
Approx. 4–5 Hours Runtime
Typical operating time is approximately 4–5 hours per charge under suitable working conditions.
Actual runtime varies depending on load weight, travel distance, lifting frequency, lift height, terrain, surface resistance, temperature, battery condition, and operating intensity.
# 1.5 kW Electric Drive Motor
A 1.5 kW electric drive motor provides powered travel for transporting and positioning compatible palletized loads. Powered travel reduces manual handling effort across compatible firm and adequately supported working surfaces.
# 2.2 kW Hydraulic Lift Motor
A 2.2 kW electric lift motor powers the hydraulic lifting system for pallet pickup, lifting, lowering, elevated positioning, stacking, and retrieval.
# Full-Electric Walkie Operation
The walk-behind configuration provides powered electric travel and hydraulic lifting without requiring an onboard operator platform. The operator directly controls travel, steering, lifting, and lowering from the walkie controls.
# Electronic Braking
An electronic braking system provides controlled stopping and supports predictable machine handling during pallet transportation and positioning operations.
Where It Works Best
This Rough Terrain Electric Stacker is designed for warehouses, outdoor storage yards, farms, construction material areas, manufacturing facilities, landscaping operations, commercial properties, and other professional material-handling environments with firm, stable, and adequately supported surfaces.
Suitable working surfaces can include compacted gravel, firm dirt, firm grass, pavement, concrete, and similar surfaces that provide sufficient traction and machine stability.
Best Applications
Ideal for pallet transportation, elevated pallet stacking, outdoor material staging, agricultural supply handling, construction material movement, warehouse operations, loading-area support, inventory positioning, and handling compatible palletized loads weighing up to 3,300 lb.
The combination of a 10 ft (118 in) lift height, 6 in ground clearance, adjustable 8–37 in fork spread, solid off-road tires, and full-electric walkie operation provides versatility across demanding professional applications.
Power & Charging
The 24V / 100Ah maintenance-free Gel lead-acid battery system provides approximately 2.4 kWh of nominal battery capacity and approximately 4–5 hours of typical operating time per charge.
Approximate charging time is 5–6 hours under suitable charging conditions using the correct compatible charger. A 1.5 kW electric drive motor and 2.2 kW lift motor provide powered travel and hydraulic lifting.
Important Operating Notice
Terrain —The US-ESOFR33K 118 is a rough-terrain material-handling machine, not an all-terrain vehicle. Operate only on firm, stable, and adequately supported surfaces where sufficient traction and machine stability can be maintained. Do not operate in deep mud, deep loose sand, flooded or waterlogged areas, extremely soft ground, severe surface irregularities, or other unstable terrain.
Battery —Do not operate the US-ESOFR33K 118 when the battery reaches 20% charge or below. Stop operation and recharge the battery using the correct compatible charger before returning the machine to service, or replace it with a properly charged compatible battery when applicable. Follow the operating manual for proper battery charging, inspection, maintenance, and storage procedures.
