Description
Built for Professional Material Handling
Built for professional pallet handling where conventional straddle legs can limit access, this Electric Counterbalance Stacker combines a 3,300 lb rated load capacity, 10 ft (118 in) maximum lift height, compact walkie operation, and direct fork access in one versatile material-handling machine. Its counterbalanced design allows the forks to approach compatible open and closed-bottom pallets without front support legs surrounding the load, making it a practical solution for warehouse racking, inventory positioning, manufacturing, shipping and receiving, and commercial material handling.
The US-CB33K 118 features an adjustable 8–28 in fork spread, 2.6 in lowered fork height, compact 38 in overall width, and 67 in turning radius for maneuverability in compatible warehouse aisles and restricted work areas. A 48V / 92Ah lead-acid battery powers the electric travel and hydraulic lifting systems, providing up to approximately 3 hours of operation per charge.
3,300 lb Rated Load Capacity
Handle compatible palletized loads up to 3,300 lb at the rated 20 in load center. This Electric Counterbalance Stacker provides dependable capacity for warehouse storage, manufacturing, distribution, shipping and receiving, and everyday commercial material-handling operations.
Actual allowable capacity can vary with lift height, load center, load distribution, and operating conditions.
10 ft (118 in) Maximum Lift Height
Reach a maximum fork lift height of 10 ft (118 in) for pallet racking, elevated storage, inventory positioning, stacking, and retrieval.
The combination of a 3,300 lb rated capacity and 118 in lift height provides practical lifting performance for professional pallet-handling operations.
Counterbalance Design
Unlike conventional straddle stackers, the counterbalanced chassis does not require front support legs extending alongside the pallet.
This allows the forks to approach compatible open and closed-bottom pallets directly, providing greater flexibility where conventional straddle legs would interfere with pallet or rack access.
Walkie Electric Operation
The walkie configuration combines powered electric travel and hydraulic lifting with compact operator-controlled maneuverability.
The operator controls the machine from the walk-behind tiller while the electric drive system powers travel, reducing manual handling effort during pallet transportation and positioning.
Adjustable 8–28 in Fork Spread
The adjustable fork system provides an approximately 8–28 in fork spread for different compatible pallet and load dimensions.
Adjustable positioning increases flexibility across warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, storage, shipping, receiving, and commercial material-handling applications.
Low 2.6 in Fork Height
The forks lower to approximately 2.6 in to provide low entry into compatible pallets for pickup, transportation, positioning, and stacking.
Always verify pallet opening dimensions, fork clearance, load distribution, and capacity requirements before operation.
Compact 38 in Overall Width
An approximately 38 in overall width gives this Electric Counterbalance Stacker a compact footprint while retaining the pallet-access advantages of a counterbalanced chassis.
The narrow profile supports maneuverability in compatible warehouse aisles, production areas, storage facilities, and shipping departments.
67 in Turning Radius
An approximately 67 in turning radius supports maneuvering when approaching pallets, navigating compatible aisles, turning in work areas, and positioning loads.
Always maintain sufficient operating clearance for the machine, forks, load, operator, and surrounding equipment.
48V / 92Ah Lead-Acid Battery
A rechargeable 48V / 92Ah lead-acid battery provides approximately 4.42 kWh of nominal battery energy for powered travel and hydraulic lifting.
Electric operation provides efficient professional material handling with no tailpipe exhaust emissions at the machine during operation.
Up to 3 Hours Runtime
The battery system provides up to approximately 3 hours of operating time per charge.
Actual runtime varies with load weight, travel distance, lifting frequency, lift height, floor conditions, battery condition, temperature, and operating intensity.
Approx. 6-Hour Charging Time
The 48V / 92Ah lead-acid battery requires approximately 6 hours to recharge under suitable conditions using the correct compatible charger.
Actual charging time can vary with remaining charge, battery condition, temperature, and charger performance.
Electromagnetic Braking
An electromagnetic braking system provides controlled stopping during normal operation and supports predictable machine handling while transporting and positioning compatible palletized loads.
The braking system complements the powered walkie configuration for professional warehouse and commercial material-handling applications.
0.75 kW Electric Drive Motor
A 0.75 kW electric drive motor provides powered travel for pallet transportation and machine positioning.
Powered travel reduces manual handling effort and supports efficient movement of compatible palletized loads throughout warehouses and commercial facilities.
2.2 kW Lift Motor
A 2.2 kW electric lift motor powers the hydraulic lifting system for controlled pallet pickup, lifting, lowering, stacking, positioning, and retrieval.
Together, the electric drive and lift systems provide powered material handling while maintaining a compact walkie configuration.
Open & Closed-Bottom Pallet Access
The counterbalanced design provides direct fork access to compatible open and closed-bottom pallets without requiring front straddle legs around the load.
This makes the stacker especially useful for pallet and rack configurations where conventional straddle legs could restrict access.
Support & 12-Month Warranty
This Electric Counterbalance Stacker is backed by a 12-Month Warranty covering eligible manufacturing defects under normal intended use.
Texlift provides technical support and replacement-parts assistance. Replacement parts are covered by a 90-day warranty for eligible manufacturing defects. Wheels, tires, and other normal wear or consumable components are excluded from replacement-parts warranty coverage.
Where It Works Best
Designed primarily for warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, logistics operations, shipping and receiving departments, commercial storage buildings, production facilities, and other professional material-handling environments with firm, level, adequately supported working surfaces.
Best Applications
Ideal for compatible open and closed-bottom pallet handling, pallet transportation, warehouse racking, elevated storage, inventory positioning, shipping and receiving, production material movement, and applications where conventional front straddle legs would restrict access to the load.
Its combination of 3,300 lb rated capacity, 10 ft lift height, adjustable forks, compact chassis, counterbalance design, and walkie operation provides a versatile solution for professional pallet handling.
