18 in Commercial Cleaning Path
The 18 in scrubbing path provides an effective balance between cleaning coverage and maneuverability for commercial floor-maintenance applications.
Its practical cleaning width supports efficient operation in warehouse aisles, retail spaces, corridors, and other indoor areas where larger equipment may be difficult to maneuver.
Up to 21,500 Sq. Ft./Hr
The US-TX SC18 delivers cleaning productivity up to approximately 21,500 sq. ft. per hour under suitable operating conditions.
This cleaning capacity helps reduce the time and labor required for routine maintenance of medium-size commercial and industrial hard-floor areas.
31 in Rear Squeegee
The wide 31 in rear squeegee extends beyond the scrubbing path to provide effective dirty-water recovery during operation.
Working with the vacuum system, it collects used cleaning solution and helps reduce residual moisture on compatible hard-floor surfaces.
12-Gallon Solution Tank
The 12-gallon solution tank provides substantial capacity for clean water and compatible commercial floor-cleaning solutions.
Its practical capacity helps reduce frequent refilling and supports productive cleaning across medium-size commercial and industrial facilities.
13-Gallon Recovery Tank

Its capacity supports efficient cleaning cycles while reducing interruptions for emptying collected wastewater during daily floor maintenance.
500W Brush Motor
A dedicated 500W brush motor powers the scrubbing system for consistent commercial and industrial floor-cleaning performance.
The powered cleaning system helps remove everyday dirt, marks, and buildup from compatible hard floors when used with appropriate cleaning accessories.
400W Vacuum Motor

Combined with the 31 in rear squeegee, the suction system helps collect used cleaning solution and leave cleaned surfaces with less residual moisture.
24V Lead-Acid Battery System
The Floor Scrubber operates on a rechargeable 24V lead-acid battery system designed for professional cordless cleaning.
Its battery-powered configuration provides electrical power for scrubbing and suction without requiring a direct power connection during operation.
Approx. 2–2.5 Hours Runtime
The rechargeable battery system provides approximately 2–2.5 hours of working time per full charge under suitable operating conditions.
Actual runtime varies depending on floor conditions, cleaning intensity, battery condition, solution delivery, and operating practices.
Cordless Commercial Operation
Battery-powered operation eliminates the need for trailing electrical cables while cleaning commercial and industrial hard-floor surfaces.
Operators can move between cleaning areas without repeatedly locating power outlets or managing electrical cords during operation.
Compact Walk-Behind Design
The compact walk-behind configuration provides straightforward operator control and practical maneuverability in commercial cleaning environments.
Its space-efficient design is particularly useful for navigating warehouse aisles, retail corridors, classrooms, and other restricted indoor areas.
Up to 15° Gradeability
