A 24V / 2.2 kW electric motor supports powered machine operation, while the self-propelled design reduces the effort required to reposition the lift between compatible work locations. Backed by a 12-Month Warranty and Texlift technical support, the US-TFE18 is designed for dependable professional elevated-access applications.
18 ft Maximum Platform Height
The US-TFE18 provides a maximum platform height of approximately 220 in (18 ft 4 in), offering elevated access for maintenance, installation, inspection, repair, and facility-service work.
Its powered lifting system raises and lowers the platform electrically, providing convenient access to overhead equipment, lighting, fixtures, and other work locations within the machine’s rated operating limits.
25 ft Maximum Working Height
The maximum approximate working height is 300 in (25 ft), providing additional operator reach for commercial and industrial elevated-access applications.
Working height represents approximate operator reach rather than the platform’s actual elevation. Always verify the required working height and site conditions before selecting equipment.
440 lb Platform Capacity
The working platform supports a maximum rated load of 440 lb, including the combined weight of the operator, tools, equipment, and compatible materials.
Always remain within the machine’s rated platform capacity and follow the operating manual for applicable load-distribution and operating requirements.
54 × 28 in Working Platform
The 54 in long × 28 in wide working platform provides practical standing and working space for elevated maintenance, installation, inspection, and repair tasks.
Its dimensions offer useful room for an operator and compatible tools while maintaining a compact machine footprint for commercial and industrial environments.
Full Electric Self-Propelled Operation
The US-TFE18 combines powered electric travel with electric hydraulic lifting, allowing operators to reposition and elevate the machine without manually pushing it between compatible work locations.
This full-electric configuration is particularly useful in facilities requiring frequent machine repositioning during maintenance, installation, and inspection work.
Electric Hydraulic Lifting
The battery-powered hydraulic system raises and lowers the working platform for convenient elevated-access operation.
Powered lifting supports repeated height adjustments during maintenance, electrical work, fixture installation, facility inspections, repairs, and other professional tasks.
24V / 110Ah Lead-Acid Battery System
The US-TFE18 uses two rechargeable 12V / 110Ah lead-acid batteries configured as a 24V / 110Ah electrical system.
This battery configuration provides approximately 2.64 kWh of nominal energy to support self-propelled travel, electric hydraulic lifting, and other powered machine functions.
Up to 6 Hours Working Time
The rechargeable lead-acid battery system provides up to approximately 6 hours of working time per full charge under suitable operating conditions.
Actual runtime depends on platform load, travel distance, lifting frequency, floor conditions, battery condition, temperature, and operating intensity.
Approx. 6–7 Hours Charging Time
The US-TFE18 has a typical battery charging time of approximately 6–7 hours under suitable charging conditions.
Actual charging time varies depending on remaining battery charge, battery condition, temperature, electrical supply, and charger performance.
24V / 15A Battery Charger
The US-TFE18 uses a specified 24V / 15A charger designed for its rechargeable lead-acid battery system.
Always use compatible charging equipment and follow the manufacturer’s recommended charging, inspection, maintenance, and storage procedures.
24V / 2.2 kW Electric Motor
A 24V / 2.2 kW electric motor supports powered machine operation for professional elevated-access applications.
The battery-electric power system eliminates the need for a gasoline or diesel engine and produces no tailpipe exhaust emissions at the machine during operation.
Self-Propelled Electric Travel
Powered electric travel allows operators to reposition the US-TFE18 throughout compatible work areas without manually pushing the machine.
Travel speed reaches approximately 2.17 mph with the platform lowered and approximately 0.50 mph when elevated, subject to operating conditions and the equipment’s safety restrictions.
Compact 32 in Overall Width
With an approximately 32 in overall width, the US-TFE18 provides a compact footprint for maneuvering through compatible commercial and industrial work areas.
Its narrow configuration supports positioning in warehouses, workshops, manufacturing facilities, maintenance areas, and commercial buildings where larger equipment may be difficult to accommodate.
Approx. 75 in Turning Radius
An approximately 75 in turning radius supports practical maneuverability when positioning the machine in suitable indoor work environments.
Operators should verify available clearance and surrounding obstacles before driving, turning, elevating, lowering, or repositioning the scissor lift.
Warehouse & Distribution Maintenance
The US-TFE18 provides elevated access for warehouse lighting, ceiling fixtures, electrical components, inspections, repairs, and routine facility maintenance.
Its self-propelled travel system and compact dimensions support efficient movement between suitable work locations on firm, stable, and level floors.
Commercial Building Maintenance
This Full Electric Scissor Lift supports professional elevated-access tasks in commercial buildings, offices, retail facilities, service centers, and maintenance departments.
Typical applications include lighting replacement, fixture installation, inspections, painting, preventive maintenance, and overhead repair work.
Lighting, Electrical & HVAC Service
The elevated platform provides access to compatible lighting fixtures, electrical components, ceiling systems, and HVAC-related equipment.
Electric hydraulic lifting allows operators to adjust platform height for inspection, installation, and maintenance while following applicable electrical and aerial-platform safety procedures.
