Warranty Claim Assistance

For warranty evaluation, customers may be asked to provide the machine serial number, order information, photos, videos, maintenance information, and other relevant details so the issue can be properly reviewed.

Warranty Exclusions

Coverage does not include wheels, tires, normal wear items, consumable components, misuse, overloading, accidents, operator damage, improper battery maintenance or charging, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or operation outside the machine's intended application.
