Replacement Parts

Replacement parts and compatible components are available through Texlift to support equipment maintenance and repairs.

Replacement Parts Warranty

Eligible replacement parts include a 90-day warranty. Wheels and other consumable components are excluded from replacement parts warranty coverage.

Texlift offers video call inspections and technical guidance to help customers identify equipment issues and determine appropriate service solutions.

Shipping & Delivery

The forklift is shipped by freight carrier within the continental United States. Tracking information is provided when the shipment is dispatched.

Order Processing

Standard order handling takes approximately 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on destination, freight carrier scheduling, and equipment availability.

Returns

Returns may be requested within 30 days of receipt for unused equipment in its original packaging. Prior return authorization is required, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Important Lithium Battery Notice

Stop operating the forklift when the lithium battery reaches 20% charge or below. Recharge using a compatible lithium battery charger or replace it with a properly charged compatible battery before continuing.
