Built for Professional Material Handling
Built for demanding material handling on firm, uneven surfaces, this Rough Terrain Electric Reach Stacker combines a heavy-duty counterbalanced design with a 3,300 lb load capacity, 10 ft (118 in) maximum lift height, approximately 18 in forward reach, and hydraulic fork tilt. The counterbalanced configuration eliminates front straddle legs around the load area, providing flexible pallet access for warehouses, industrial yards, loading areas, agricultural facilities, manufacturing operations, and other commercial environments.
The US-CBOFR33K 118 Rough Terrain Electric Reach Stacker features large treaded wheels, approximately 6 in of ground clearance, adjustable 10–28 in forks, powered electric travel, hydraulic lifting, forward reach, and 2° forward / 6° backward fork tilt for precise load positioning. A 24V/135Ah lead-acid battery powers the 1.8 kW AC drive motor and 3.0 kW lift motor, while the heavy-duty counterbalanced chassis supports professional indoor and outdoor material handling on suitable operating surfaces.
3,300 lb Load Capacity
The Rough Terrain Electric Reach Stacker provides a rated load capacity of 3,300 lb at a 20 in load center, making it suitable for handling a wide range of compatible palletized materials and commercial loads.
Because the US-CBOFR33K 118 combines a counterbalanced chassis with a forward reach mechanism, actual allowable capacity can vary depending on load center, lift height, reach position, fork position, load dimensions, and operating conditions. Always follow the machine data plate and applicable capacity information.
10 ft (118 in) Maximum Lift Height
With a maximum fork lift height of 118 in, approximately 10 ft, the Rough Terrain Electric Reach Stacker provides the vertical reach required for pallet stacking, elevated load positioning, loading, unloading, and material storage applications.
The mast measures approximately 86 in when lowered and approximately 170 in (14 ft) when fully extended. Always verify doorway, ceiling, racking, and other overhead clearances before raising the mast.
18 in Forward Reach
An integrated reach mechanism allows the fork carriage to extend approximately 18 in forward, providing additional flexibility when approaching, retrieving, or positioning compatible loads.
The forward reach function is especially useful when the chassis cannot be positioned directly against the load location. Allowable capacity can change when the reach mechanism is extended, so operators must always follow the machine data plate and applicable capacity information.
Counterbalanced Design
The Rough Terrain Electric Reach Stacker uses a heavy-duty counterbalanced chassis that eliminates the front straddle legs commonly found on conventional electric stackers. This provides more direct access to compatible pallets and allows the forks to approach loads from the front.
The machine has an approximate operating weight of 4,520 lb with the battery installed, providing the substantial counterbalanced construction required for professional load handling.
Rough Terrain Electric Reach Stacker Capability
Large treaded wheels and approximately 6 in of ground clearance help the Rough Terrain Electric Reach Stacker operate on firm, stable, and adequately supported uneven surfaces where conventional low-clearance warehouse stackers may have difficulty.
This configuration makes the machine suitable for industrial yards, agricultural facilities, manufacturing properties, loading areas, warehouses with transitional surfaces, and similar commercial environments.
Rough-terrain capability does not mean the machine is designed for deep mud, loose sand or gravel, standing water, severe slopes, unstable ground, or unsupported surfaces. The operating surface must always be sufficiently firm, stable, and capable of supporting the combined weight of the machine and load.
Hydraulic Fork Tilt
The fork carriage provides approximately 2° of forward tilt and 6° of backward tilt, giving the operator additional control when picking up, carrying, and positioning compatible loads.
Backward tilt provides additional load-positioning control during handling, while forward tilt offers greater flexibility when loading, unloading, and placing materials.
Combined with the forward reach system, the hydraulic fork tilt gives the Rough Terrain Electric Reach Stacker additional load-positioning flexibility for demanding material handling applications.
Adjustable 42 in Forks
The US-CBOFR33K 118 is equipped with heavy-duty forks measuring approximately 42 in long and 5 in wide each.
Fork positioning can be adjusted from approximately 10 to 28 in, allowing the operator to configure the forks for different compatible pallets and load dimensions.
Always position the forks correctly beneath the load, distribute the load appropriately across both forks, and maintain proper load-center placement before lifting.
6 in Ground Clearance
Approximately 6 in of minimum ground clearance provides the Rough Terrain Electric Reach Stacker with additional clearance for suitable uneven surfaces and surface transitions compared with conventional low-clearance warehouse stackers.
Operators should inspect the travel path before operation and avoid holes, curbs, large debris, severe surface transitions, unsupported edges, soft ground, or other obstacles and conditions that could affect traction, ground clearance, or machine stability.
24V/135Ah Lead-Acid Battery
The Rough Terrain Electric Reach Stacker is powered by a rechargeable 24V/135Ah lead-acid traction battery that supplies energy to the electric travel and hydraulic systems.
Actual operating time depends on load weight, travel distance, lifting frequency, use of the reach and tilt functions, terrain, temperature, battery condition, charging practices, and overall operating intensity.
Proper charging and routine battery maintenance are important for maintaining reliable equipment performance and battery service life.
1.8 kW AC Drive Motor
A 1.8 kW AC electric drive motor, approximately 2.4 hp, provides powered travel for moving loads throughout the work area.
The AC drive system provides controlled electric movement without the exhaust emissions associated with internal-combustion material handling equipment, making the Rough Terrain Electric Reach Stacker suitable for appropriate indoor and outdoor applications.
3.0 kW Lift Motor
A 3.0 kW electric-hydraulic lift motor, approximately 4.0 hp, powers the lifting system and provides the force required for raising and positioning compatible loads.
The powered hydraulic system supports the machine’s load-handling functions, reducing the physical effort required compared with manually operated material handling equipment.
Powered Electric Travel
Powered electric travel allows the Rough Terrain Electric Reach Stacker to move heavy palletized loads without the physical effort required by manually propelled equipment.
Travel speed is approximately 2.7 mph when loaded and 2.5 mph when unloaded, providing controlled movement during professional material handling operations.
Actual travel performance can vary depending on load weight, battery condition, traction, grade, surface conditions, and operating environment.
Gradeability
The US-CBOFR33K 118 has a stated gradeability of approximately 5% when loaded and 8% when unloaded under suitable operating conditions.
Actual slope capability depends on load weight, load position, surface condition, traction, battery condition, and other operating factors. Operators should use additional caution on grades and operate only where adequate traction and stability can be maintained.
74 in Turning Radius
With an approximately 74 in turning radius, the Rough Terrain Electric Reach Stacker combines heavy-duty counterbalanced construction with practical maneuverability for industrial yards, loading areas, warehouses, agricultural facilities, manufacturing properties, and other suitable work environments.
Operators should always maintain adequate clearance around the machine, mast, forks, load, personnel, equipment, and surrounding structures.
Heavy-Duty Dimensions
The US-CBOFR33K 118 measures approximately 81 in long and 50 in wide, with a 65 in wheelbase.
The mast is approximately 86 in high when lowered and approximately 170 in (14 ft) when fully extended. The machine has an approximate operating weight of 4,520 lb with the battery installed.
These dimensions should be considered when planning aisle clearance, doorway access, transportation, storage, maneuvering space, and operating areas.
