Ive had this jack for a little under a month. I had to firgure it out on my own. The instructions werent very accurate. It was delivered to my house fully assembled. It has done well so far. Especially moving heavy pallets at my job. Great safety features. It doesnt have an on/off switch. So ive been using the red stop button. Other wise its a great jack.
