Description
Built for Professional Sweeping
Built for demanding commercial and industrial cleaning, the US-TX SWCED51 is a ride-on electric floor sweeper designed to cover large hard-surface areas efficiently. Its 51 in working width combines a 20 in main roller brush with dual 20 in side brushes to collect dust, dirt, and loose debris across warehouses, factories, distribution centers, parking facilities, and other large work areas.
Designed for productive large-area sweeping, the US-TX SWCED51 combines powered ride-on operation with a 24 gal waste hopper, 16 gal water tank with dust-control spray, and approximately 3–4 hours of working time. An overhead operator canopy and electric drive system provide a practical cleaning platform for facilities requiring regular commercial and industrial sweeping.
51 in Working Width
The 51 in sweeping width provides broad cleaning coverage for large commercial and industrial areas, helping operators cover more floor space with fewer passes during routine cleaning operations.
Main Roller & Dual Side Brushes
A 20 in main roller brush works together with dual 20 in side brushes to collect dust, dirt, and loose debris. The side brushes help direct material from edges and surrounding areas toward the main sweeping path for more complete cleaning coverage.
Large 24-Gallon Waste Hopper
The 24 gal waste hopper provides substantial debris capacity for extended cleaning jobs, helping reduce interruptions for emptying when maintaining larger facilities and work areas.
16-Gallon Water Tank & Dust Control
An integrated 16 gal water tank supports the sweeper’s dust-control spray system, helping reduce airborne dust during compatible dry-surface sweeping applications.
Full-Electric Ride-On Operation
The powered ride-on configuration allows the operator to remain seated while cleaning large areas. A 650W electric drive motor provides powered travel, helping reduce operator effort during extended commercial cleaning operations.
Electric Brush System
An 800W motor powers the main roller brush, while dedicated 100W motors power the side brushes. The electric brush system provides dependable sweeping performance for routine commercial and industrial cleaning.
3–4 Hour Working Time
The US-TX SWCED51 provides approximately 3–4 hours of working time under typical operating conditions. Actual runtime may vary depending on battery condition, surface conditions, machine settings, operating technique, and working environment.
Overhead Operator Canopy
The overhead canopy provides additional operator coverage while maintaining visibility around the machine and cleaning area, supporting practical ride-on operation during larger cleaning jobs.
Where It Works Best
The US-TX SWCED51 is designed for commercial and industrial hard-surface cleaning. It is suitable for compatible concrete, sealed floors, paved areas, and other firm surfaces where dust, dirt, and loose debris require routine sweeping.
Best Applications
Ideal applications include warehouses, distribution centers, factories, manufacturing facilities, workshops, parking facilities, loading and staging areas, commercial properties, and other large facilities requiring regular professional sweeping.
Power & Battery Care
The US-TX SWCED51 uses a rechargeable battery-powered electrical system for cordless ride-on operation. Proper charging and storage practices help maintain dependable battery performance and extend battery service life.
For best battery care, recharge the machine before the battery level falls below approximately 20% whenever practical.
Important Warranty Notice
Battery damage or premature battery failure caused by deep discharge, improper charging, improper storage, or failure to follow the required battery-care and maintenance instructions is not covered under warranty.
To protect battery performance and service life, do not routinely operate the equipment below 20% battery charge or allow the battery to become fully discharged. Recharge the battery before it reaches a deeply discharged state.
Never store the equipment for extended periods with a low or fully discharged battery. Always follow the charging, storage, and battery-maintenance instructions supplied with the equipment.
