Description
Built for Professional Material Handling
The Texlift US-AS35 216 is a heavy-duty full-electric Rider / Walkie pallet stacker designed for high-reach pallet handling in warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and industrial storage operations. With a 3,300 lb rated load capacity and an 18 ft (216 in) maximum lift height, it provides substantial vertical reach for high-bay racking and elevated pallet-storage applications.
An integrated stand-on operator platform supports efficient Rider / Walkie operation for both longer travel distances and precise pallet positioning. The adjustable 8–27 in fork spread, 20 in load center, and heavy-duty electric drive system provide controlled pallet transport, positioning, and high-reach stacking.
3,300 lb Load Capacity
The US-AS35 216 provides a maximum rated load capacity of 3,300 lbs at a 20 in load center. It is designed for transporting, positioning, lifting, and stacking compatible palletized loads in demanding warehouse and industrial material-handling applications.
18 ft (216 in) Lift Height
The 216 in maximum fork lift height provides approximately 18 ft of vertical reach for high-bay warehouse racking and elevated pallet storage. The mast measures 96 in when fully lowered and reaches up to 240 in overall when fully extended.
Adjustable 8–27 in Fork Spread
The adjustable 8–27 in fork spread allows the machine to accommodate different compatible pallet and load configurations. This flexibility makes the stacker suitable for a variety of pallet-handling applications within its rated capacity.
Heavy-Duty Rider / Walkie Design
The integrated stand-on operator platform allows convenient ride-on travel for longer warehouse movements while also supporting walk-behind operation when precise maneuvering, pallet entry, and load positioning are required.
High-Reach Warehouse Maneuverability
Despite its substantial 18 ft lifting capability, the US-AS35 216 maintains a 69 in turning radius, 79 in overall length, and 58 in overall width for practical maneuverability in suitable warehouse and industrial environments.
24V Full-Electric Power
The 24V / 210Ah lead-acid battery system powers both electric travel and hydraulic lifting. A 1.5 kW DC drive motor provides powered movement, while a 2.2 kW DC lift motor supports controlled high-reach pallet lifting.
# Electromagnetic Braking
An electromagnetic braking system provides controlled stopping during travel, positioning, and pallet-handling operations.
# Heavy-Duty Electric Drive
The 1.5 kW DC traction motor provides powered travel for repetitive warehouse material handling, while full-electric operation reduces manual movement of heavy palletized loads.
# High-Reach Mast System
The mast system provides a 216 in maximum fork lift height and extends to approximately 240 in overall, making the machine suitable for high warehouse racking and elevated storage applications.
# Stand-On Operator Platform
The integrated operator platform reduces walking during repetitive material handling and longer warehouse travel while retaining walk-behind capability for precise maneuvering and pallet positioning.
Where It Works Best
The US-AS35 216 is best suited for warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, commercial storage operations, high-bay storage areas, and other industrial environments with smooth, firm, level, and adequately supported floors.
Best Applications
Ideal applications include high-rack pallet stacking, elevated warehouse storage, pallet transport, inventory movement, receiving and staging, production-line material handling, distribution operations, and repetitive movement of compatible palletized loads weighing up to 3,300 lbs.
Power & Charging
The US-AS35 216 uses a 24V / 210Ah lead-acid battery system with approximately 5.04 kWh of nominal energy capacity. Typical operating time is approximately 4–5 hours per charge depending on load, travel, lifting frequency, battery condition, and working conditions, with an approximate 4–5 hour recharge time.
