  • Electrical issues caused by improper power supply
  • Missing items or shipping shortages not reported within 48 hours

Warranty Service

At our discretion, TEXLIFT will:

  • Replace defective parts
  • Provide a replacement unit if necessary

Customers must provide:

  • Order number
  • Product details
  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Defective products: eligible for repair, replacement, or refund

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

19. CHARGEBACKS, PAYMENT DISPUTES & FRAUD PROTECTION

By placing an order with TEXLIFT, you agree to the following:

• Customers must contact TEXLIFT directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute
• Chargebacks filed without prior contact may be considered fraudulent

We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks and provide evidence including:

• Proof of delivery
• Order confirmation
• Billing and shipping information
• Customer communication
• IP address and fraud detection data

If a chargeback is filed without valid reason, we reserve the right to recover the full amount and any associated fees.

We may:
