Warranty Policy

Texlift, operated by Sayoneyes LLC, provides a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for eligible products sold through our website.

Warranty Coverage

Most Texlift equipment includes a 12-Month Limited Warranty from the date of delivery unless otherwise stated on the product page, product documentation, invoice, or written agreement.

This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and defects in workmanship under normal intended use.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Defects in materials or workmanship
  • Defective factory-installed components
  • Electrical or hydraulic component defects caused by manufacturing faults
  • Structural defects caused by manufacturing errors

What Is Not Covered

  • Misuse, abuse, or improper operation
  • Negligence or improper maintenance
  • Overloading equipment beyond rated capacity
  • Accidents, collisions, or impact damage
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Improper storage, transportation, unloading, or handling after delivery
  • Fire, flooding, weather, water, or environmental damage
  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, rust, paint wear, or fading
  • Use of non-approved parts, chargers, accessories, or components
Products damaged by the customer, operators, contractors, or third parties are not covered under warranty.

Wear & Consumable Parts

Normal wear-and-tear items and consumable parts are not covered under warranty. These include but are not limited to:

  • Batteries
  • Wheels, tires, rollers, and bearings
  • Chains, belts, brushes, filters, fuses, hoses, and seals
  • Brake components, light bulbs, fluids, and lubricants

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:

  • Order number
  • Product model
  • Serial number, if applicable
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos and/or videos showing the defect

Inspection & Approval

All warranty claims are reviewed by Texlift. Texlift reserves the right to inspect products, request supporting documentation, and determine whether a reported issue is caused by a manufacturing defect or a non-covered condition.

Limitation of Liability

Texlift and Sayoneyes LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, loss of profits, downtime, business interruption, labor costs, rental equipment costs, or transportation expenses.

Changes To This Warranty Policy

Texlift reserves the right to update or modify this Warranty Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
