Shipping policy
At TEXLIFT, operated by SAYONEYES LLC, we ship equipment, parts, and accessories throughout the continental United States. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or provided in your quote based on the delivery destination, order size, equipment type, weight, and shipping method.
By placing an order with TEXLIFT, the customer agrees to the shipping terms described below, subject to applicable law.
Order Processing & Handling
Orders are prepared for shipment after payment has been received and confirmed.
Handling Time: Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Handling time may be longer for special orders, oversized equipment, products requiring additional preparation, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. If a substantially different lead time applies to your order, we will communicate it when reasonably possible.
Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
After an order has shipped, estimated delivery is typically 3–14 business days, depending on the destination, equipment type, freight carrier availability, weather, road conditions, and other transportation factors.
All delivery dates and transit times provided by TEXLIFT or a carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed, unless TEXLIFT expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
TEXLIFT is not responsible for carrier delays or delays caused by weather, road closures, natural disasters, mechanical problems, government actions, labor disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Freight Delivery
Many TEXLIFT products are large or heavy and are shipped using commercial freight carriers.
The customer is responsible for providing:
- A complete and accurate delivery address.
- A valid telephone number and email address.
- A location that can reasonably and safely be accessed by the freight carrier and delivery vehicle.
- Accurate information regarding residential, commercial, limited-access, or other special delivery conditions.
- An authorized person to receive the shipment when required.
The freight carrier may contact the customer to schedule or coordinate delivery.
Some deliveries may require equipment or appropriate facilities for unloading. Unless specifically included in the order or quote, the customer is responsible for arranging any equipment, personnel, forklift, loading dock, or other assistance necessary to safely unload the shipment.
Important: Customers should confirm unloading requirements before delivery. Freight carriers may not provide unloading equipment or assistance unless that service has been specifically arranged.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges may be calculated during checkout or provided separately in a written quote or invoice.
Additional carrier charges resulting from circumstances not disclosed when the order was placed—including limited-access locations, address corrections, redelivery, storage, special handling, or other additional carrier services—may be charged to the customer where applicable and permitted by law.
Tracking & Delivery Updates
Once your order has shipped, TEXLIFT will provide available tracking or freight carrier information.
Freight tracking may operate differently from standard parcel tracking. For some heavy-equipment shipments, the carrier may contact the customer directly to coordinate final delivery.
Receiving & Inspecting Your Shipment
Customers should inspect the shipment upon delivery whenever reasonably possible.
Before signing the delivery receipt, check the equipment and packaging for visible damage. If you notice damage, missing items, or evidence of mishandling:
- Note the damage or shortage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.
- Take clear photographs of the equipment, packaging, pallet or crate, and visible damage.
- Keep all packaging and shipping materials.
- Contact TEXLIFT as soon as possible at office@texlift.com.
Signing a freight delivery receipt without noting visible damage may affect the ability to pursue a freight damage claim with the carrier.
For damage that could not reasonably be identified during delivery, contact TEXLIFT promptly after discovery and provide photographs and other requested information.
Important: Prompt reporting helps TEXLIFT investigate shipping damage and coordinate with the freight carrier. Failure to identify damage at delivery does not automatically eliminate any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
Refused Deliveries
Do not refuse a shipment solely because the packaging appears damaged without first documenting the condition and, when reasonably possible, contacting TEXLIFT for instructions.
If a customer refuses delivery without authorization from TEXLIFT and the shipment is returned to us, the refusal does not automatically cancel the order or qualify the customer for a full refund.
Where permitted by applicable law, the customer may be responsible for costs resulting from an unauthorized refusal, including:
- Original shipping charges.
- Return freight charges.
- Carrier redelivery or reconsignment fees.
- Storage or holding fees.
- Other reasonable carrier charges caused by the refused delivery.
If the returned product is eligible for a return under our Return & Refund Policy, any applicable refund will be processed according to that policy after the equipment has been returned and inspected.
Applicable shipping, return freight, damage, missing-item, or other permitted charges may be deducted from the refund where authorized by applicable law.
This section does not limit any rights or remedies the customer may have under applicable law for goods that are materially damaged, incorrect, defective, or otherwise nonconforming.
Failed Delivery Attempts
The customer is responsible for being available to receive the shipment when a delivery appointment has been arranged.
If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, the delivery location is inaccessible, the address or contact information is incorrect, or the customer fails to coordinate with the carrier, additional charges may apply.
These may include redelivery, storage, address correction, reconsignment, or other carrier fees. Where permitted by law, such charges are the customer’s responsibility when caused by information or circumstances within the customer’s control.
Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for verifying their shipping information before completing an order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, contact TEXLIFT immediately.
We will make reasonable efforts to update the shipment before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered the shipping process.
Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect address or requested destination change may be charged to the customer where applicable.
Changes After Shipment
Once an order has been released to the carrier, changes to the delivery address, destination, delivery service, or consignee may require carrier approval and may result in additional charges.
Please contact TEXLIFT before requesting changes directly from the freight carrier.

Shipping Restrictions
TEXLIFT currently ships only within the continental United States.
We do not provide standard shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, offshore islands, or international destinations.
If your requested delivery location requires ferry transportation, water transportation, or other special access, please contact TEXLIFT before placing the order to determine whether delivery can be accommodated.
Any exception must be expressly confirmed by TEXLIFT.
Order Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has shipped or has been released to the freight carrier, it may no longer be possible to cancel the shipment.
If TEXLIFT and the carrier are able to intercept or return the shipment, applicable freight, return transportation, storage, reconsignment, or other carrier charges may apply, subject to applicable law.
A request to cancel an order after shipment is not the same as an approved return. Returned products remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights.
Shipping Damage vs. Warranty Claims
Damage caused during transportation should be reported as a shipping or freight issue as soon as possible.
Manufacturing defects are handled separately under the applicable TEXLIFT 12-Month Warranty and its terms and conditions.
Damage caused by misuse, improper unloading, improper handling after delivery, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear is generally not considered freight damage.
Warranty eligibility and coverage are determined according to the applicable product warranty terms and the circumstances of the claim.
