TEXLIFT Warranty Policy
At TEXLIFT, operated by SAYONEYES LLC, we are committed to providing reliable equipment and dependable customer support. Our warranty program is designed to address qualifying manufacturing defects and help customers maintain their equipment in proper working condition.
This Warranty Policy applies to eligible products purchased directly from TEXLIFT, subject to the terms and conditions described below and applicable law.
12-Month Equipment Warranty
Eligible TEXLIFT equipment is covered by a 12-Month Warranty against qualifying defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.
The warranty period begins on the date the customer receives the equipment, unless different written warranty terms are provided for the specific product.
Warranty coverage is subject to evaluation and verification by TEXLIFT.
90-Day Replacement Parts Warranty
Eligible replacement parts purchased from TEXLIFT are covered by a 90-Day Warranty against qualifying manufacturing defects.
The warranty period begins on the date the customer receives the replacement part, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Parts damaged by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, incorrect application, or normal wear are not covered.
What the Warranty Covers
The TEXLIFT Warranty generally covers qualifying manufacturing defects involving:
- Defects in materials or workmanship.
- Mechanical or electrical components that fail because of a verified manufacturing defect.
- Qualifying equipment malfunctions occurring under normal and intended operating conditions.
- Eligible replacement parts that are defective upon receipt or fail because of a verified manufacturing defect during the applicable warranty period.
Warranty coverage is determined based on the equipment’s condition, operating history, maintenance, inspection results, and other relevant information.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage, failure, or deterioration resulting from:
- Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper operation.
- Accidents, collisions, impacts, or physical damage.
- Overloading or operating beyond the manufacturer’s specifications.
- Improper charging, battery maintenance, or storage.
- Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications.
- Improper installation or incompatible replacement parts.
- Failure to follow operating instructions or maintenance requirements.
- Use in unsuitable operating environments or conditions.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Improper transportation, unloading, handling, or storage after delivery.
- Damage caused by external events, environmental exposure, or circumstances unrelated to manufacturing defects.
Wheels, tires, consumables, and normal wear items are excluded from standard warranty coverage unless otherwise expressly stated in writing or required by applicable law.
Battery Care and Warranty Conditions
Customers are responsible for operating, charging, and maintaining batteries according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Battery damage or failure caused by improper charging, excessive discharge, incorrect chargers, improper storage, physical damage, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
Important Lithium Battery Notice: For TEXLIFT equipment equipped with lithium batteries, stop operating the equipment when the battery charge reaches 20% or below. Recharge the battery or replace it with a properly charged compatible battery before resuming operation.
Failure to follow battery operating and maintenance instructions may affect warranty eligibility when the failure is related to improper use or maintenance.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you believe your TEXLIFT product has a qualifying manufacturing defect, contact our support team at:
Email: office@texlift.com
Please provide the following information:
- Order number and purchaser name.
- Product model and serial number.
- Purchase or delivery information.
- A detailed description of the reported problem.
- Clear photographs showing the equipment and affected components.
- Video demonstrating the reported issue, when reasonably possible.
- Additional troubleshooting or inspection information reasonably requested by TEXLIFT.
Providing complete and accurate information helps our technical team evaluate the claim efficiently.
Warranty Evaluation Process
After receiving a warranty request, TEXLIFT may review the documentation and perform or request reasonable troubleshooting procedures.
Depending on the nature of the reported issue, the evaluation may involve:
- Reviewing photographs and videos.
- Verifying product and serial number information.
- Reviewing operating and maintenance conditions.
- Remote troubleshooting or technical assistance.
- Inspection of the affected component or equipment.
- Consultation with manufacturers, suppliers, or qualified technicians.
Submitting a warranty claim does not automatically establish that the reported issue is covered. Eligibility is determined after reasonable evaluation of the available information.
Warranty Resolution
For an approved warranty claim, TEXLIFT may provide an appropriate resolution based on the nature of the verified manufacturing defect and the applicable warranty terms.
Available resolutions may include:
- Technical assistance or troubleshooting.
- Repair instructions or authorized repair arrangements.
- Replacement of eligible defective components.
- Repair or replacement of the affected product where appropriate.
- Another remedy required by applicable law.
Replacement parts may be new or functionally equivalent parts suitable for the equipment, where permitted by applicable law.
A warranty claim does not automatically qualify the customer for a refund or replacement of the complete machine.
Warranty Service and Transportation
Customers should not return equipment or components without prior authorization from TEXLIFT.
Where physical inspection, repair, or transportation is required, TEXLIFT will provide instructions regarding the appropriate procedure.
Responsibility for shipping, freight, labor, removal, installation, travel, or other service-related expenses will be determined according to the applicable warranty terms, the circumstances of the claim, and applicable law.
Customers should not arrange third-party repairs or incur service expenses on TEXLIFT’s behalf without prior written authorization if they expect reimbursement.
Shipping Damage and Warranty Claims
Damage occurring during transportation is generally handled as a shipping or freight issue rather than a manufacturing-defect warranty claim.
Customers should inspect deliveries whenever reasonably possible, document visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt, and contact TEXLIFT promptly.
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional information about freight delivery and damage reporting.
Warranty Claims vs. Returns
The 12-Month Equipment Warranty is separate from the 30-Day Return Period.
Standard returns are subject to the eligibility requirements described in our Return & Refund Policy, including applicable product-condition and return-authorization requirements.
Warranty claims are evaluated separately and may involve troubleshooting, repair, replacement parts, or another appropriate remedy.
Nothing in this policy restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
